By accessing and using BlogMage, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use BlogMage for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in BlogMage
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Subscription and Billing
BlogMage operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where there is a significant technical issue that prevents the service from functioning as described and cannot be resolved. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content generated through BlogMage is owned by you. However, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
6. Limitation of Liability
BlogMage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
